How a box quote request works
You describe what you ship in one short form. Ontario Box Quotes passes the request to a packaging supplier, who contacts you directly with a quote. Sending a request is not an order, and you decide what to do with the quote.
Three steps
1. Describe what you ship
Fill in the quote form with the product, the size, the quantity, the timing, any print needs and where it is going.
2. Your request goes to a supplier
We pass your details to a packaging supplier so that they can contact you. This site does not make or sell boxes.
3. The supplier replies with a quote
A person at the supplier prepares the quote from your details and may ask follow-up questions first.
What happens to your details
Your name, phone number, email address and request details are shared with a packaging supplier so they can reply. The form says this before you send it.
We may be paid by the supplier for passing on requests. The privacy policy explains what is collected and who receives it.
Get a faster quote
Complete details save a round of questions. Include the inside size of the box you need, the weight of the product and whether it is plain or printed.
Mention how many you need per order, and how often. A supplier can often give a better price when it knows the order is ongoing.
Process questions

A packaging supplier. They use the phone number and email address you provide to follow up with a quote.
Do I have to accept the quote?
No. A quote request is not an order, and you can decide not to go ahead.
